01Pricing Disclosure
Every pair of sunglasses sold by ANY-Glass is priced at a flat $100 USD regardless of style, brand, or category. The comparable "was" prices shown on product listings reflect the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the same or equivalent model and are provided for reference only. ANY-Glass does not claim that every customer previously paid the MSRP; the comparison illustrates the value of our flat-price model.
02Product Sourcing
ANY-Glass sources authentic sunglasses from authorized distributors and brand partners. All products are genuine, first-quality, and covered by our lifetime guarantee. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or second-quality goods.
03Lifetime Guarantee Disclosure
The ANY-Glass Lifetime Guarantee covers lost, stolen, and broken sunglasses for the original purchaser. Replacement is subject to a $5 USD deductible plus shipping, limited to one claim per calendar month per customer. The replacement may be any style from our current catalog and need not match the original pair. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to orders placed through any-glass.com.
04Warranty Claim Eligibility
To file a claim, the customer must provide the email and phone number used at checkout so we can verify the original paid order. Claims are limited to one per calendar month. ANY-Glass reserves the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or that violate these terms.
05Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Warranty replacement shipping is a flat $9.95 USD within the continental United States; international shipping rates vary.
06Returns
Unworn, unused sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Warranty replacement orders are non-refundable.
